I really like that Ashton has some audio workouts, but that's still not engaging enough for me. My aerobic base is pretty high, 1 hour zone 2 rides aren't going to move the needle on my 15 sec power. And at least in my case, not super helpful. But all of the suggested workouts are Peloton related. What got me interested is it's not just Peloton related. I disconnected Strava since Garmin handles power better. Strava and Garmin data duplicate each other. It's a cool concept, but I can't say I love it.
